I don't sell sessions.
I invest in a relationship of equals. My goal isn't for you to need me. My goal is for you to see clearly.
For over 25 years I've been a sparring partner for people who lead — in companies, in teams, with themselves.
For over 25 years I've supported leaders — in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, in international projects from Europe to Asia.
My path didn't begin with an MBA. It began on the handball court and in medical school. Both shaped me. Sport taught me to make the right decision under pressure. Medicine taught me to listen before I act.
My clients don't come to me because they have a problem. They come because they need someone who thinks with them, questions them, and is honest with them. Someone who stays until the impact is real.
Today I work as a coach and sparring partner — personal, confidential, often over years. In more than 20 countries, across industries. My approach combines modern personality psychology with the reality of the place where leadership actually happens.
Sometimes you need someone who holds up the mirror. Who asks the questions you don't ask yourself. Who thinks with you without judging — and who stays, even when it gets uncomfortable.
I don't believe that people need to be „fixed". I believe in coaching that uncovers what's already there — instead of installing what's supposedly missing. That's the difference between a method demonstration and real sparring.
I invest in a relationship of equals. My goal isn't for you to need me. My goal is for you to see clearly.
I ask questions that are uncomfortable — but useful. And I'm honest, even when it would be easier to agree.
On construction sites, in hospitals, on production floors, in international projects. Not just in the meeting room. Leadership doesn't show up in the presentation — it shows up where it actually happens.
LINC Profiling and 25 years of practice. Not as a method demonstration, but as a precise tool to bring clarity about strengths, drivers, and impact.
Not a motivational speaker. Not someone selling methods. Not a coach who sells quick answers. If you're looking for a mentor who maps out your path for you, I'm the wrong choice. If you're looking for someone who looks with you at the places you don't want to look at yourself, and stays honest, even when it gets uncomfortable — then we fit.
You sit alone in your office after a difficult conversation. Technically, everything was right. You delivered arguments, clearly formulated, ended professionally. And yet you feel: I'm not reaching the people this way. Something stays with you that you can't quite put your finger on. That's where our work begins.
By conviction, I'm part of selected coaching and consulting networks — and for selected clients a long-term companion.

frankerl-food.deNew role, new country, new rules. I know transitions from my own experience — running sales in Hong Kong, as Managing Director in Singapore, in teams from Europe to Asia. Many of my coachees are now facing exactly those moments: the step into a first leadership role, an international move, a new industry, a new chapter of life. A lot changes. What stays is you. That's where we start.
The court, the team, the time-out with 30 seconds for the right decision. Much of what I know about leadership I learned there — on the field, on the sideline, in training sessions.
So if you find yourself reading more than a few sentences on this site about time-outs, plays, and the field of play: they aren't rhetorical costume. They're the language I think in.
